Punch Card Goals

What You'll Need:
  1. Cardstock or thick paper for your punch cards

  2. Markers, pens, stickers, or decorative supplies

  3. Glue sticks or tape

  4. Scissors or a paper cutter

  5. A hole puncher

  6. String, ribbon, or a keychain ring to bind the cards together

Instructions:
  1. Choose a goal, habit, or activity you want to track

  2. Cut your paper into small card-sized pieces

  3. Design and decorate one card for each goal

  4. Add punch spaces based on your tracking goal
    (Example: Read 5 books = 5 spaces to punch)

  5. Punch a hole in each card

  6. Attach the cards together using string or a keychain ring

  7. Keep your punch cards somewhere visible and track your progress along the way
