Somehow, the first week of December has already passed by. I hope the first seven days of DIYs, sweet treats, and hosting tips helped ease you into the holiday spirit and brought a few cozy moments into your home.

This week, we’re continuing the magic with a mix of DIY holiday decor and delicious festive recipes to enjoy or share.

Day 8: Hosting Tip - Party Invitations

Set the tone early with a festive invitation. Whether digital or printed, a thoughtful invite makes the celebration feel special from the very first moment. Here are three of my favorites I designed — and more templates you can explore here.

Day 9: DIY - Gnome Ornaments

A little yarn, a bit of patience, and suddenly you have the cutest gnome ornaments to hang on your tree. Handmade magic at its best.

A little mix of ornaments, winter textures, and holiday color turns an ordinary jar into charming seasonal décor.

Day 13: Simple Joy - Door Décor

Your door is the first glimpse of your holiday style, and a simple wreath or touch of greenery instantly makes your home feel warm before anyone steps inside. I kept mine minimal this year, but adding berries or ribbon can bring a festive pop of red.

Day 14: Hosting Tip - Napkin Presentation

A beautifully folded napkin can bring a table setting together, even if everything else is simple.

Try pairing your napkin with a name tag for an added personal touch.

Need ideas? Week 1 is full of name tag inspiration you can use for your holiday gatherings.

Week 2 continues to add sparkle to the holiday season with more ways to make your space feel inviting through creativity and warmth. Keep in mind these small projects and thoughtful details aren’t meant to add pressure, but to remind you that the heart of the holidays lives in the moments you slow down enough to create.

Next week brings even more simple joys, and I can't wait to share them with you. Until then, enjoy the cozy glow of these December days.
